Warranty Conditions
- Warranty applies only to genuine Hestern products purchased from official channels (Hestern.in or authorized partners).
- Leather warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, exposure to water, oil, heat, or chemicals.
- Natural marks, variations, or minor wrinkles are part of the authentic leather character and not considered defects.
- Regular wear, color fading, or stretching over time is normal and not covered under warranty.
- Products repaired or altered by third parties are not eligible for warranty claims.
